Host Your Next Event at the Club

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada offers select Clubhouse spaces for community events, meetings, practices, and celebrations. Our facilities provide a welcoming, flexible environment for a wide range of uses, from sports practices and tournaments to meetings, workshops, and special occasions.

Rather than choosing from a fixed list of spaces, we encourage groups to tell us what they’re looking to host. Our team will work with you to identify available spaces and rental options that best meet your needs. All rentals are subject to availability and approval.

Available Spaces & Amenities

Nearly all Club spaces may be available for rental, depending on location and scheduling. These may include:

Gymnasiums and outdoor fields
Classrooms and meeting rooms
Game rooms and computer labs
Outdoor and backyard spaces

We also offer equipment rentals, which may include:

Tables and chairs
Sports equipment
TVs and audio-visual equipment
Bounce houses and other event needs

Many Club locations offer audio-visual capabilities, including support for virtual or hybrid meetings, and our team can assist with setup as needed.

Pricing & Fees

Facility rental pricing varies based on several factors, including:

Type of event
Space(s) requested
Length of rental
Time of day
Equipment and staffing needs

Because pricing is specific to each request, rates are not listed publicly. A pricing structure is included on the Facility Use Interest Form, and our team will follow up to discuss options and build a rental agreement tailored to your event.

Discounts may be available for nonprofit organizations
Rentals outside of normal business hours may require staffing at an additional $45 per hour
Some Club locations are unable to accommodate rentals during regular business hours
