Early Childhood Learning

A Strong Start For Lifelong Learning

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada, our Early Childhood Learning program is designed to give preschool age children a supportive start to their educational journey. We combine play-based learning with structure to help children grow academically, emotionally, and physically, while giving families confidence their child is in a safe, nurturing environment.

About Our Early Childhood Learning Program

BGCSNV’s Early Childhood Learning program extends the trusted Boys & Girls Club experience to younger children, creating a foundation that prepares them for kindergarten and beyond.

Each ECL Center:

  • Is a licensed childcare facility, fully compliant with all state regulations and guidelines
  • Is focused on developmentally appropriate, play-based learning
  • Is designed to support school readiness and whole-child development
  • Maintains a 1:10 child-to-teacher ratio, with a maximum of 20 children per classroom
  • Operates on an annual schedule from August through July, with daily programming taking place between 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Before Care: 7:00 AM–8:00 AM
  • After Care: 3:00 PM–5:00 PM

Programs operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited enrollment available.

“The teachers and staff are amazing! My son feels more comfortable here than he ever has anywhere else. His social skills have gotten so much better, and he’s learning lots of new skills. I wish more people knew about this center - it’s such a blessing!”
