Southern Nevada names Youth of the Year regional winner

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Britany G., a 17-year-old from the Lied Memorial Boys & Girls Club, was announced as this year’s Youth of the Year regional winner for Southern Nevada.

During the celebration, Britany was awarded a laptop and will advance to the statewide competition in Carson City, set to take place in March.

Britany expressed her aspirations, saying she hopes to attend Seattle University and pursue a career as an ultrasound technician.
