That’s why we continually update our safety policies, training, and practices to ensure every child in our care is protected, supported, and empowered.

Reference Requirements
Staff seeking to transfer or rehire at other Clubs must provide references from previous positions to ensure a history of safe practice.
Child Safety Resources
Compliance & Partnerships
We comply with federal, state, and local safety laws, and partner with local law enforcement, fire departments, and national organizations to maintain the highest safety standards.
Staff Training
Ongoing safety training, including seminars, webinars, and guidance from leading experts like Praesidium, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and the National Children’s Advocacy Center.

Layered supervision and comprehensive policies govern transportation, communication, program delivery, and one-on-one interactions.
Commitment To Safety
Mandatory criminal background checks for all staff, board members, and volunteers with direct contact with children, including FBI and state fingerprinting and checks against sex offender registries.

Annual Safety Assessments
All Clubs complete multi-tiered safety assessments each year to identify improvements and ensure compliance with best practices.
