BGCSNV Announces Fall Before-and-After-School Programming for Youth Ages 3-18

LAS VEGAS – Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) announced it will offer before-and-after-school programming during the fall season for pre-K ages 3 to 5 and youth ages 5 to 18 beginning Monday, Aug. 10. 

Pre-K fall programming is available at BGCSNV’s Early Childhood Learning (ECL) Center – located at the John C. Kish Clubhouse in Henderson. Providing licensed childcare, the ECL Center is designed to support school readiness and holistic development for preschool-aged children. BGCSNV’s ECL Center combines play-based learning with structure to help young minds thrive academically, emotionally and physically in a safe, nurturing environment.   

Hours and Pricing:  

• Enrollment fee: $100 per child 

• Weekly full-day tuition (8 a.m. – 3 p.m.): $250 

• Weekly half-day tuition (8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.): $150 

• Before care (7 – 8 a.m.): $10 

• After care (3 – 5 p.m.): $20 

Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. In addition, BGCSNV’s fall pre-K is provided at no cost to eligible families through the state-funded Nevada Ready! State Pre-K program. For ages 5-18, BGCSNV fall programming will include hands-on STEM-based activities, arts and crafts, computer labs, leadership activities and homework help for youth; and sports, career exploration, scholarships, music, resume writing and college preparation for teens.  

Special early-bird pricing exclusively for the after-school program is $24 per week through Saturday, Aug. 14. Following the early-bird rate, weekly programs will be priced at $20 for before-school programming (available 6 to 9 a.m. at select Clubhouses) and $40 for after-school programming (available 1 to 7 p.m. at all Clubhouses) The daily drop-in rate is $20. Additionally, a non-refundable transportation fee is $50, including bus services to and from Clubhouses.

• Cost: $50 monthly fee, in addition to $40 annual membership fee

• Time: 1:30 – 5:30 p.m.  

• Cost: $30 one-time fee for the school year

All participating youth and teens must have a 2026 BGCSNV membership. Annual memberships are priced at $40 for ages 5-18.
